About Pardiwala Group

Computer Graphics Ltd. (CGL) was established in 1986 to convert Konica photographic products and market them in India under the Konica brand name. The company established a conversion factory at Ambattur, Chennai in 1987 for conversion of Graphic Arts Master Rolls, Color Paper (1987), Medical X-ray equipment (1994) and Color Films (1995).
A second plant was established in 1997 at Athipet to convert medical X-ray films.
In keeping with the fast paced growth in their business, and taking advantage of sales and income tax holidays in the State of Goa, the company established their third plant at Goa.

Ramesh Pardiwala (Founder)

The foundation of the group was laid by Ramesh Pardiwala, whose foresight transformed the trajectory of office automation in India. Over four decades ago, he introduced Konica Minolta to the Indian market—well ahead of its time. This strategic move brought advanced imaging and document solutions to Indian businesses, helping modernize workplace efficiency and setting new industry standards. His ability to identify global opportunities and establish trusted partnerships became the cornerstone of the Pardiwala Group’s reputation.

Shailesh Pardiwala (Expansion & Modernization)

Building on this strong base, Shailesh Pardiwala ushered in a phase of expansion and modernization. With a keen understanding of changing market dynamics, he strengthened the group’s core operations while expanding its reach and capabilities. His leadership focused on integrating new technologies, enhancing customer-centric services, and positioning the group for sustained growth in a competitive and rapidly evolving business environment.

Krunal Pardiwala (Diversification & New Horizons)

Representing the next chapter, Krunal Pardiwala has led the group into new sectors, marking a significant phase of diversification. Under his direction, the Pardiwala Group has expanded into real estate and wealth management—two areas aligned with emerging market opportunities and long-term value creation. His approach reflects a forward-looking mindset, combining traditional business strengths with modern investment strategies and asset-driven growth.

1st Generation

Ramesh Pardiwala (Founder)

Ramesh Pardiwala is a highly respected printing engineer, industrialist, and entrepreneur with decades of experience in the printing and graphic arts industry. He began his professional journey with Monotype Corporation, where he spent 22 years developing extensive expertise in plate making, typesetting equipment, graphic arts films, graphic art cameras, and advanced printing machinery.
In 1972, he founded the Nippon Group in Mumbai, laying the foundation for a business known for innovation, technical excellence, and strong industry leadership in the printing and photographic sector.
Further expanding his vision, Mr. Pardiwala established Computer Graphics Pvt. Ltd. in 1986 to convert and market Konica photographic products in India under the Konica brand name. In 1987, the company set up a state-of-the-art conversion facility at Ambattur, Chennai, for the conversion of graphic arts master rolls and color paper. The facility later expanded its operations to include medical X-ray products in 1994 and color films in 1995.
Continuing its rapid growth, the company established a second manufacturing plant at Athipet in 1997 dedicated to the conversion of medical X-ray films. In line with the company’s fast-paced expansion and strategic growth initiatives, an additional plant was also established in Goa, leveraging the sales and income tax incentives offered by the state.
In recognition of his remarkable contribution to the industry, Mr. Pardiwala received the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2003 at Foto Fair, organized by the All India Photographic Association.
He was also recognized among the highest taxpayers in Mumbai, India, from 1996 to 2000, reflecting his business success, integrity, and contribution to the nation’s economy.
Through visionary leadership, technical expertise, and entrepreneurial excellence, Ramesh Pardiwala has played a pioneering role in advancing India’s printing, photographic, and imaging industries, leaving behind a legacy of innovation and industrial growth.

2nd Generation

Shailesh Pardiwala (Expansion & Modernization)

Shailesh Pardiwala leads the North and Western India regions, bringing extensive experience in market development, client engagement, and strategic growth. With a strong understanding of regional dynamics and business landscapes, he plays a key role in expanding the organization’s presence and strengthening client relationships across these important territories.
In addition to his regional leadership responsibilities, Shailesh is deeply involved in wealth management, overseeing a substantial portfolio exceeding ₹500 crores. His expertise lies in crafting tailored investment strategies, managing high-value portfolios, and delivering consistent, long-term value to clients. Known for his analytical approach and client-centric mindset, he combines financial acumen with strategic insight to drive sustainable growth and trust.

In addition to his regional leadership responsibilities, Shailesh is deeply involved in wealth management, overseeing a substantial portfolio exceeding ₹500 crores. His expertise lies in crafting tailored investment strategies, managing high-value portfolios, and delivering consistent, long-term value to clients. 3rd Generation

Krunal Pardiwala (Diversification & New Horizons)

Krunal Pardiwala, a third-generation member of the Pardiwala Group, carries forward a distinguished legacy of over 40 years in the industry. With a strong foundation built on experience and trust, he is focused on taking the group into new and evolving sectors, driving expansion and diversification for the future.
He is actively exploring opportunities in real estate investments and redevelopment projects, identifying high-potential ventures and creating long-term value through strategic development. Alongside this, Krunal works closely with his father in managing the wealth business, contributing to portfolio growth and client relationships.

With a vision to expand the Pardiwala Group across multiple domains, he blends legacy with innovation—positioning the business for sustained growth and new opportunities.
